Resumen

El control de asistencia docente es un componente crucial en el sistema educativo, pero enfrenta desafíos significativos debido a métodos manuales que generan errores y pérdida de tiempo. La implementación de tecnologías, como sistemas biométricos y herramientas de gestión de recursos humanos, se presenta como una solución efectiva para optimizar este proceso. Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) permiten un monitoreo más preciso del desempeño, mejorando la eficiencia y la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, la resistencia al cambio y la falta de experiencia técnica son obstáculos que deben superarse. La automatización no solo mejora la gestión del talento humano, también contribuye a un entorno educativo más eficaz y sostenible. La evaluación continua del impacto de estas tecnologías es esencial para asegurar la calidad educativa y la mejora continua.
