Resumen

La gestión de la cadena de suministro verde se ha consolidado como una estrategia clave para que las empresas manufactureras equilibren la responsabilidad ambiental y el desempeño económico, especialmente en economías emergentes. Este estudio analiza cómo las prácticas de gestión de la cadena de suministro verde se relacionan con el desempeño ambiental y financiero percibido en empresas manufactureras mexicanas, considerando los roles mediadores de la agilidad y la resiliencia de la cadena de suministro, así como el papel moderador de las capacidades de analítica de big data. Se recopilaron datos mediante una encuesta aplicada a 270 empresas manufactureras en México y se analizaron mediante modelado de ecuaciones estructurales por mínimos cuadrados parciales. Los resultados indican asociaciones positivas con ambos desempeños. La agilidad y la resiliencia median parcialmente estas relaciones, mientras que la analítica de big data fortalece la asociación con el desempeño ambiental, pero no con el financiero.
