Cuantificación automatizada de plantas de repollo cultivadas bajo acolchados plásticos mediante ortomosaicos multitemporales

Resumen

Conocer el número de plantas durante el establecimiento del cultivo de repollo (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata) permite el mejor manejo de este. Por ello, se realizó un experimento para cuantificar de forma automatizada plantas de repollo cultivadas bajo acolchados plásticos mediante ortomosaicos multitemporales. Las plantas se identificaron mediante inteligencia artificial (IA) aplicada a ortomosaicos multitemporales obtenidos por un vehículo aéreo no tripulado Phantom 4 RTK multispectral a los 12, 22, 32 y 47 días después del trasplante (DDT). Los conteos realizados por la IA fueron comparados con conteos poblacionales manuales utilizando el indicador precisión en la estimación (Ps) y análisis de varianza (ANOVA). El color del acolchado plástico no influyó significativamente en la Ps; sin embargo, se observaron diferencias de Ps en los diferentes DDT, obteniendo el máximo coeficiente de determinación a los 32 DDT (R² = 0.90). Se recomienda realizar vuelos a los 32 DDT para cuantificar plantas.
