Desarrollo de un traductor Hñähñu-Español mediante un algoritmo estadístico para redes neuronales y palabras vectorizadas

Resumen

En este trabajo se presenta un algoritmo de aprendizaje estadístico-probabilístico (EyP) para el entrenamiento de redes neuronales aplicado a la traducción léxica Hñähñu–Español. El método emplea la normalización estadística del error y la función de distribución acumulada normal para generar parámetros adaptativos en la actualización de los pesos sinápticos y el sesgo. La validación se implementó mediante un corpus bilingüe compuesto por palabras representadas mediante vectores numéricos de longitud fija. El desempeño del algoritmo fue evaluado mediante el error cuadrático medio y comparado con los algoritmos Backpropagation y Levenberg–Marquardt. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el algoritmo EyP es capaz de aprender asociaciones léxicas entre ambos idiomas. Asimismo, esto sugiere que la metodología propuesta constituye una alternativa viable para escenarios con disponibilidad limitada de datos y evidencian su potencial para el desarrollo de herramientas computacionales orientadas a la preservación y revitalización digital de las lenguas indígenas.
