Modelo de vinculación entre las Instituciones de Educación Superior y las empresas: gestión del conocimiento

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine whether the knowledge acquired through collaboration processes between higher education institutions and businesses is managed, in a way in which its benefits in terms of technological developments and impacts are useful. Collaboration processes will be understood as mechanisms and tools of collaboration and mutual benefit established between higher education institutions and businesses. The research is based on a study of 11 companies in the State of Guanajuato. An academic collaboration model between IES and businesses is proposed in an attempt to promote parallel knowledge management through different projects. This document emphasizes the importance of knowledge inside organizations, since the moment in which it is created to the moment in which it is made public, considering its growth, permanence and competitiveness.
