Implications of the figure of outsourcing in the labor rights and profits of companies in Mexico: A comparative analysis

Abstract

This document is a contribution on the issues of management and legal vision of the outsourcing that this country has implemented. These visions are often opposed to the philosophy of the ends they seek with this figure. Through a comparative analysis, it is intended to locate its implementation, compared to the world and proposals by organizations such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
