Abstract

Along with changes which occur in different social institutions in the world, education and particularly universities are enroute to adding an economic and a productive role to their cultural mission and knowledge. These changes are done by using information and communication technologies which play a role in their function and development. It was found that this situation affects qualifications and professional tendencies that graduate students must have, such as increasing demand for knowledge of computer science, foreign languages, technology, and generic capacities. In Mexico, tendencies are flexible before the diversification of the labor world and contributed to innovation; as well as, the situation on the number of student on high education.
