Abstract

This paper explores the basic socioeconomic characteristics concerning the housing and population of Leon, Gto, in reference to their context and in contrast to a “marginal” sample space. The purpose is to integrate the available information in a descriptive re-tabular analytic method, that will allow the identification of the critical statistic effects, based on the main population tendencies and the popular housing and land demands. At the end, indications are given as to what information should be paid attention to refine the model at the time of quantifying with greater precision the type of population affected that should be taking care of.
