Abstract
In the travel and tourism sector, organizational resilience has been defined as the capacity of enterprises and destinations to adapt and recover from a disruption. The main objective of this study is to analyze the level of organizational resilience in wine tourism in Valle de Guadalupe (Ensenada, Mexico). A qualitative method is used and 20 stakeholders are interviewed, a content analysis is performed with transcriptions. The main finding shows a reactive resilience to cope with disruptions promoted by COVID-19, as well as global warming and climate change. Our main conclusion highlights the strengthening of the anticipatory capacity of wine tourism businesses and destinations to lay the foundations for proactive and territorial resilience through innovation and collaboration.
