Abstract

Training satisfies the professional development of people, and it also solves performance, efficiency, and effectiveness problems in organizations. For this reason, the objective of this research was to propose a training model focused on autonomous learning and based on information and communication technologies (ICT) to train people in organizations. The methodology was quantitative, with a non-experimental approach and a cross-sectional design. Its scope was exploratory and descriptive, and the case study was used as a research technique. The sample was probabilistic and stratified. Based on the results, a model is proposed with contextual references, internal factors, autonomous learning, ICT, and the modalities of the training courses. These interacting elements were identified from a comprehensive and objective perspective. It is concluded that the model seeks to facilitate training through autonomous learning and the use of ICT.
