Intención Emprendedora Sostenible Universitaria: Un Modelo Explicativo del Individuo

Resumen

El estudio analiza cómo la actitud, la autoeficacia y las motivaciones individuales influyen en la intención emprendedora sostenible de estudiantes universitarios. Se aplicó una metodología de análisis cuantitativo mediante la técnica de ecuaciones estructurales por mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM). La muestra estuvo conformada por 284 estudiantes de universidades de Tamaulipas y Nuevo León, México. Los resultados revelan que la actitud, la autoeficacia y las motivaciones tienen un efecto positivo y significativo sobre la intención emprendedora sostenible, siendo la motivación, particularmente el altruismo, el factor más influyente. Estos resultados apoyan el desarrollo de un modelo cognitivo validado para promover el emprendimiento sostenible. En conclusión, este estudio identifica indicadores medibles que pueden evaluar la predisposición de los estudiantes hacia este tipo de emprendimiento, aportando información relevante para las universidades y los programas educativos que pretenden fomentar una mentalidad emprendedora orientada hacia la sostenibilidad.
